Everything in your WhatsApp still waiting on an answer from you · scanned Thu Aug 20, 10:18 PM · last 14 days · 642 chats · Krystian worked it out on his own. At 9:22 PM he asked “You sending someone else tomorrow Instead of Daniel ?” — that is 1870 Bay Blvd, Atlantic Beach and 6 Randy Ln, Plainview, the pair you confirmed to him at 2:24 PM with “Perfect t” and then sent to José Flores at 8:37 PM as Daniel’s cover. He is asking, not accusing — and he is still owed the money answer from Wednesday. José is carrying four jobs into that same Friday: 91 Hope St Stamford, 10 Meadowbrook Westport, 103 Highland Ave Norwalk at $10,800 and 31,013 board feet of open cell, plus the Long Island pair — and his six photos from 9:21 PM have not been opened. Also live tonight: truck 30662-HN failed this morning’s inspection on two clearance lights and rolls again with José’s crew, $2,700 of today’s $3,900 came in as cash, Steven measured your own White Plains lead at 12:33 and has no estimate, and Ryan sent four Route My Day changes at 9:21. Four review vendors are now working the same Google listings — one of them is holding two unpaid PayPal invoices.

He found out before you told him, and he is being polite about it. He sent you those two addresses at 2:05, you answered “Perfect t” at 2:24, and at 8:37 PM the same pair went to José Flores as the cover for Daniel’s Friday. Nine minutes later he is asking whether someone else is coming. That is the whole night in one line — answer it tonight, in words, before either crew leaves the yard at 6 AM. Whichever way it goes, he needs to hear it from you and not from a truck pulling up. If José is keeping the pair, say so plainly and give Krystian the reason and the next date. If Krystian is keeping it, José has to be stood down tonight — he is already holding 91 Hope St, 10 Meadowbrook and 103 Highland Ave for the same day. Silence picks the worst version of both. The money answer from Wednesday is still open and it belongs in the same message. He is −$1,700 across the last three jobs with nothing back from you, he asked for this Friday on Wednesday and you told him “should be fine”, and he booked around it. Taking the day back without a number attached is the second silence on the same man in three days. Two sentences close this: who is doing 1870 Bay Blvd and 6 Randy Ln tomorrow, and what he is being paid on the three jobs behind it.

Look at what got put on one crew in eleven minutes. A Stamford work order at 8:30, Meadowbrook at 8:31, he answers with 103 Highland Ave — a $10,800 job carrying 31,013 board feet of open cell and 3,356 of closed — and then at 8:37 the Long Island pair lands on top of it. On your own divisors from tonight (.24 sets for 3,900 BF, .13 for 600), Highland alone is roughly a two-and-a-half-set day, with intumescent coating in two separate areas. Norwalk to Atlantic Beach is the Throgs Neck and better than ninety minutes each way. That is not one Friday. The light Long Island pair is the half that hands back cleanly — and it is the half Krystian thinks he already has. The three truck lines have no addresses on them. “2 TRUCK / 1 TRUCK / 1 TRUCK” landed straight after the set counts, so you know which line goes with which job and he is guessing. Put the address on each one before the yard loads at 6 AM — that is thirty seconds of typing against a truck leaving with the wrong material. Six photos at 9:21 have not been looked at. Given the day, they are worth opening tonight — that is how the scaffolding complaint and the failed 74 Broad St units both arrived, both times buried in a photo nobody opened until the morning. And the rate is now a full day old. You told him “JUST CHARGE ME MORE” on Wednesday night with no number attached; since then he has done two jobs and taken four more addresses on the strength of it. An open-ended “charge me more” settles at his figure, in October, on an invoice. Name it per job or per set tonight, while the goodwill is still fresh.

TRUCK INSPECTIONS · 7:06–7:20 AM — six trucks filmed in fourteen minutes and one of them is not a pass: 30662-HN — “two Clearance lights need to be replaced” — and nobody has answered it all dayGROUP · fleet · DOT exposureThu 7:06 AM → 7:20 AM · fifteen hours, no acknowledgement

The inspection system is working exactly as designed and the one thing it caught has been ignored for fifteen hours. Douglas filmed six trucks before 7:20 this morning and wrote a one-line verdict on each. Five passed. 30662-HN did not. Two clearance lights is a twenty-dollar part and a roadside stop. That truck is on José’s crew and José’s crew rolls tomorrow — possibly to Long Island, possibly to Norwalk, both of which are highway miles in the dark at either end of the day. A clearance-light violation is the cheapest ticket a DOT officer can write and the easiest reason to pull the rest of the truck apart. Answer in the group, not in a DM. The whole point of the format is that a fail gets a visible fix — one line back saying who is replacing them and when, so the next person filming that truck knows whether it was handled. Right now the record shows a documented fault that the company saw and said nothing about, which is worse paperwork than not having filmed it. Douglas has already offered to buy things tomorrow — he told you at 9:27 PM he will pick up the green tape for the residential jobs. Add the clearance lights to that same run and it costs you one sentence.

This is a finished measurement on a lead you generated yourself, and it has been sitting for ten hours. Every number an estimate needs is in that message — 550 sqft of R-15 wall, 630 of R-30 crawlspace floor, 440 of garage ceiling, the overhang and the rim — plus the customer’s name, email and phone. There is nothing to go back and ask him for. “(Patrick’s Lead)” is Steven telling you he knows whose name is on it. He measured it, he wrote it up in your format, and he stopped where his job stops. The next move is yours and it is a document, not a message. The 550 sqft line is the one worth reading twice663 minus 121 means he took the openings out by hand rather than pricing gross wall. That is a rep doing the arithmetic you would have done, and it is the difference between a quote you can send and a quote you have to check. Monday’s two are still open underneath it. 4 Ledgewood Place needs the plans read and 316 Ridgeway needs sending — he asked on Monday at 4:19 and has not asked again since, which is how a rep stops asking. Three documents clears his whole list.

Three piles are now logged in three states and not one of them has a pickup date on it. Greenwich and Caldwell went up Monday night, Tolland went up tonight, and the only person asking about any of it is Ryan — twice, four days apart, with silence both times. This group only works if a post gets a date back. Otherwise it becomes a photo album of material you already paid for, sitting in other people’s driveways. The Tolland one matters this week. José Cruz is scheduled into 51 Nedwied Rd already — if the leftover is at the job he is heading to, the pickup is free and it happens on a truck that is going anyway. If nobody says that out loud tonight, a separate trip to Tolland gets scheduled later at full cost, or the material quietly disappears. Ryan is the one being trained out of asking. He is the rep who reports leftovers correctly and he has been ignored on it twice this week. One line with three dates closes the whole thread — and it protects the habit you want the crews to keep.

A twenty-five dollar decline is holding up the outreach on leads you are already paying for. Text, email and phone credits all come out of that refill — while it is declined, appointments that should be getting confirmed are not getting touched at all. This is the cheapest thing on the entire page and one of the few costing money by the hour. Check which card they have before you call the bank. If it is the Amex that is mid-dispute, it may be blocking new merchant charges on purpose, and the fix is a different card rather than a phone call. Either way it is one message back to this group with the new card or a confirmation that it will go through. The automated-message complaint underneath it is still unresolved and it is the reason to answer at all. Joao told them to stop the automated follow-ups; they explained twice, in identical paragraphs an hour apart, that the automation only stops when the lead allocation form is filled out. That is a real answer and it puts the fix on your side — somebody at Stallion fills the form after each appointment and the texts stop. Say which of you owns that, and both problems close in the same message.

Today’s money is $3,900 and $2,700 of it is cash in two different men’s pockets. $1,000 with Agusto since 1:18 PM, $1,700 with Jay since 5:04 PM, and neither line has a single word under it. The format is doing its job — the reporting is clean, the timestamps are honest, the job sites are named. What it is missing is the other half: somebody saying they have it. Cash needs a custodian and a date, and it needs it in writing the same day. A check has a paper trail whether anyone answers or not; cash has exactly this thread and nothing else. Reply to each cash line with who is holding it and when it goes in — that is the entire control, and it takes two sentences tonight. 151 Teakettle Spout is a split and it should be read as one payment: $1,200 check plus $1,000 cash, $2,200 total on Steven’s job, filed two minutes apart. When it hits the ledger as two separate entries, the job looks half-paid twice. Yesterday’s $11,400 Tenafly check is the one to reconcile first — it is the largest single line this week and it went in Wednesday evening.

The $75 rule went up Wednesday morning and by Thursday before dawn he had filed everything he owed. That is the response you wanted — but every one of the three is backdated, which means the rule and the first payroll run are about to collide. Decide now whether these three count as late, because he will ask, and the answer sets the precedent for every crew. Filed at 4:47 in the morning, unprompted, all three at once is the behaviour of somebody trying to get straight rather than somebody dodging. The 17 Cypress Pl ticket is the one to check before it hits payroll. Two machines on one job, 5,599 and 5,114 open-cell strokes — that is 10,713 strokes on a single address, the biggest number in the thread this month, and it is dated 8/17. A two-machine day on a “pay for set” job with five assistants is a real cost line; it wants a set count against it, not just strokes. 280 Warburton carries rockwool as well as foam585 sqft of 3″ SAFB alongside 4,017 closed-cell strokes. That mix does not price the same way as a straight foam day, and it is the sort of line that gets paid as foam by default. One acknowledgement in the group does two jobs at once: it tells him the tickets landed, and it tells everyone else the deadline is real.

You asked him on Wednesday to put together a list of things to go over, and he did it — ten hours ago. Those five questions are the best thing a rep has sent you this week; every one of them is about getting better rather than about leads or pay. He is sick, he told you, and he still wrote the list. Twenty minutes on the phone answers all five and is worth more than any territory you could hand him. Question three is the one that pays for the call.Which upgrades/add-ons have the best margins” is a rep asking to be pointed at your most profitable work — rim joist, crawlspace, garage ceilings, the canned-foam seal package — and it is the difference between a $4,000 job and a $6,500 one on houses he is already standing in. Question four is the other one: give him three numbers to track and he will track them. He is telling you about the doctor before you notice he is missing, which is what you want and is not what most people do. Three days ago he asked for scans around Englewood, Fort Lee, Palisades Park, Little Ferry and Paramus; he got Elizabeth instead, closed a measurement there the same morning, and did not complain. The plate is the quiet deadline — September 1st is eleven days out, and a rep who cannot drive is a rep who cannot measure. Answer the list, wish him well tomorrow, and get the plate moving.

Four separate vendors are now working the same Google listings, and two of them are asking to be paid. Anything below involving logins, invoices or review posting should be read carefully before you answer.

He is waiting on you twice over: approve the review copy, and clear two PayPal invoices he sent before 9:40 this morning. Do the review sheet before the invoices. He is asking you to sign off on wording that will go live under your business name — once it publishes you cannot quietly take it back, and you have already had one vendor put your listings in the wrong state and another post reviews under names you rejected. Read the actual lines, not the count. Your own two conditions from this afternoon are the ones to check him against. You told him not to put the company name in the review text and to ramp slowly — 2-3 this week, 5 next, 10+ after. If what is in that sheet is a batch of ten ready to fire, the ramp is already broken on day one, and a burst of reviews on a fresh listing is exactly what gets a listing filtered. The invoices are the part to slow down on. Two separate invoices went out before any work was delivered, on a UK mobile number and a PayPal invoice link — and the deliverable itself is five GMB listings he says will be done tomorrow. Pay after the five land and check out, not before, and pay one at a time. Do not hand over the other 39 yet. You floated 39 existing listings and 75 more in the same conversation where the first five have not been delivered. Let the five prove out first — that is a week of patience against handing your entire local footprint to a vendor you met this month.

Md Amir Hamza — +880 1776 136483 (Bangladesh) · 12:09 PM — two bare question marks four minutes after you went quiet, then the ask:Brother, about your project — Google business profile and Review service — Go next stepDM · review vendor · same listingsOpen chat →Thu 11:47 AM → 12:09 PM · ten hours cold

This is the fourth vendor working the same Google listings, and he is the one with the least defined scope.Go next step” with no price, no deliverable and no timeline is a request for commitment before anything has been agreed. Two bare question marks twenty minutes into a conversation you started is pressure, not eagerness. Count who is already on this. Muhammad rafiq is mid-job with two invoices out, Rating Leader opened a coordination group this afternoon, Haseeb was fired on Monday and his reviews may still be live, and now this. Four vendors posting to one Google Business Profile is the single fastest way to get the profile suspended — the pattern that trips Google is not one bad review, it is volume from unrelated sources hitting the same listing in the same week. You already have the vendor you are testing. The clean answer here is a one-line no, or nothing at all — but do not hand him a listing URL, a login, or the 39-listing list while rafiq’s five are still in flight. “Not right now” is a complete sentence and it costs you nothing.

We’ll use this group to coordinate the publication strategy, including the number of review posts, links, content, and other relevant details, as well as to monitor the progress.
Whenever you can, please send us the information we’ve requested so we can prepare the best strategy and plan specifically tailored to your business. 🙏

“The information we’ve requested” is the part to pin down before you send anything. If that means your listing URLs and service areas, it is harmless. If it means Google account access, a profile manager invite, or a login of any kind, that is where this stops — a review vendor never needs to be a manager on your Business Profile to leave reviews, and any vendor who asks for that is asking for the ability to change your business name, hours, phone number and website. Ask them, in the group, exactly what they want and why. Aimen is in this group and rafiq is not, and that is the collision to watch. Two vendors, two review schedules, one set of listings — and yours is a business you are actively expanding to 39 listings and possibly 114. A suspended profile takes weeks to appeal and it takes the map pin with it. Decide which one vendor is running reviews and tell the others no. You have already been burned once this week on exactly this. Haseeb put reviews under non-American names on your listings and you fired him Monday morning for it. The lesson was not “find a better vendor” — it was that you cannot inspect this work after the fact.

Google Review Second guy (group) — Haseeb, +92 345 342 3988 · “Only give me 1 hours” — that was Monday at 10:12 AM. It is now four days and the reviews he already posted have never been dealt withGROUP · fired vendor · reviews still liveMon 10:12 AM · 4 days

He was told he is done and his answer was to ask for one more hour to post more reviews. Four days later nobody has confirmed whether he stopped. The exposure is not the money, it is what is sitting on your listings right now. Reviews under obviously non-matching names, posted in a burst, are the exact fingerprint Google’s filter looks for — and they are still attached to your business, not his. Go look at the listings yourself before you add a new vendor on top. If his reviews are still up, that is the baseline the next vendor stacks on, and rafiq’s five new GMBs plus Rating Leader’s “publication strategy” all land on a profile that already has a suspicious cluster on it. Ten minutes with the listings open tells you whether you are starting clean or digging out. If he still has any access, revoke it today. He was working on your listings for a week before Monday. Being told “you will not work for us” is not the same as being locked out — and this thread has had no traffic since, which means nobody has checked.

Acknowledge it tonight even if you build none of it this week — feedback this good stops arriving the moment it disappears into silence. The Chris separation is the one that matters most and it is the least obvious. He is describing a real routing failure: a lead Chris has already worked keeps its history with Chris, so bouncing that address to whoever is nearest throws away the one thing that closes it — the man who knows how far along the build is. That is a rule about lead ownership, not a button. The multiple-emails point has money in it. Coastal Construction is three measured jobs sitting under one project manager’s email — every estimate for all three goes to the wrong person, and nobody chases what they never received. That is a live problem on jobs you have already paid to measure. The Share-to-text gap is the fastest win on the list. Homeowners answer texts and ignore email; if a rep can text a cert letter from the job site, the paperwork closes at the kitchen table instead of a week later. And take the due-date table straight into the system as-is — excavation 8-10+ weeks, foundations 6-8+, framing 2+, rough-in daily. That is exactly the follow-up timing the scan lists have been missing.

He said yes to the tape inside two minutes, which is how he answers everything — and the one question he asked you three days ago has never been answered.Do you want me to go to condominium before drop off the application?” went in Tuesday at 7:58 AM. Whatever that application is, it has been sitting for three days because nobody said yes or no. Answer that one line and the whole thread is current. Add the clearance lights to tomorrow’s tape run. He is already going out to buy something for the residential jobs; truck 30662-HN needs two clearance lights replaced and he is the man who filmed the fault this morning. One errand, two problems, no extra trip. 47 Hawthorne is small and it is tomorrow. 240 sqft of 3″ SAFB on a soundproofing phase — the material is rockwool, not foam, and it needs to be on the truck rather than assumed to be in it. Confirm the material is in the yard tonight, because a 240-foot job that arrives without batts wastes the same morning a full job would.

Daniel is now fully caught up on stroke counts and the thread still owes him an answer from Wednesday. He posted ? three times across two hours after Aimen dropped a photo and two Long Island addresses on him, and got nothing back. That is the same man who could not work today. One line clears it. 1314 Washington is the number worth a second look. 0.36 sets of open cell and 0.06 of closed on a full day is a small day by any measure — either it was a half-day, or the job was smaller than sold. Check it against what the job was priced at before it goes through payroll, because “asistente por hora” means the labour is billed by the hour regardless of how little foam moved. 276 Majors Path reads clean: 2,495 strokes, 0.74 sets, Southampton on 8/19. That is a proper day’s open cell out east, filed the day after. The habit is holding — both of tonight’s came in with dates, machine, totals and the assistant named.

He is building the thing you actually want — a count that converts bags to square feet by itself — and he has not been told whether that is the right direction. Five minutes of input now saves a rebuild later: tell him it must cover fiberglass by R-value and width, rockwool by thickness, and foam by set, because those are the three that show up on every order and the three you get asked about. Ask when the first version lands. The two-week-old count is not academic this week. José Campos ordered 15 sets of open cell and 10 closed this morning, received them by 3:25 PM, and ordered 10 and 10 on Monday before that45 sets in and out of that warehouse in three days against a count nobody has updated since the 6th. You cannot tell today whether you are short or long on anything. Monday off has been asked for and never answered. He gave you the reason on Wednesday afternoon — daughter’s birthday, Kalahari this weekend — and it is now Thursday night. If Monday is fine, say so tonight so he stops wondering; if it is not, he needs to know before the weekend, not on Sunday. The plates are the loose end: he is bringing the removed plates to the DMV, and the last truck still needs registering by “this other guy” who has not been named.

You named tomorrow, he accepted it without pushing, and tomorrow is now. That is a supplier being reasonable in a week you told him you had two bounced checks — the kind of goodwill that is worth protecting with a message rather than spending with silence. The money you were waiting on came in today and it was $3,900, not $50,000. Two cash lines and a $1,200 check. If the $50K is not going out tomorrow, tell him tonight and give him a real date — he will plan around a date and he will not plan around hope. He is also the man who has been answering technical questions all week for free: the paint compatibility sheet on Tuesday, the Insul-Star TDS on Wednesday when you asked which sheet shows 4.1, a callback in five minutes each time. He is not treating this like a collections call, and that is worth naming when you reply. Your own open question to him is still hanging too — “how much fiberglass per week do you think is a lot” went in Wednesday evening and never got answered. Ask it again in the same message as the payment date; it costs nothing and it keeps the thread about business rather than about debt.

3. The 463,179-row homeowner list — deliberately not on GitHub; either re-run the CT public-data query from STATUS.md or move the file outside GitHub

That is the whole roofing sub cost model in nine characters, and it drops straight into your pricing. $130–$160 a square for Juan’s crew and $30 a square extra per tear-off layer. Against $700 a square retail, a straightforward one-layer job runs roughly $130–160 in sub labour, and a second layer adds $30. Write it into the pricing model tonight while the number is in front of you — this is the input the Stallion financing sheet has been estimating. Confirm what the 130/160 covers before you quote off it. Labour only, or labour plus dump? A square of tear-off debris is real money at the transfer station, and “130/160” means one thing to a sub and another on your estimate. One question closes it. His three items from midnight are all still open and two of them need thirty seconds from you. Accept the GitHub invite from the thehomeinsulators account — that unlocks STATUS.md and the cost tables without anybody transferring a file. The board box he drafted has never gone live because that machine has no Netlify credentials, so the Mission Control entry still shows Aug 16. The 463,179-row homeowner list is the one to leave alone — his own rule keeps it off GitHub, and re-running the CT query is free.

This is the group you created so estimate notes stop living in DMs, and the last two things in it are both unanswered. 63 Old Albany Post Rd has a revision request sitting since Monday — and Alex reported tonight that it installs fiberglass tomorrow. A revision that has not been priced by the time the material goes in is a change order you will be arguing about next month. 18 Priscilla is the older one and it has actually moved on without you. The builder asked what to do with the soffit that has no living space above, said to use 4″ closed cell, and asked you to confirm against the plans. That confirmation never went back — and the job has since passed inspection. If it was foamed to a verbal, the estimate and the certificate need to say what is actually in the building. Both close in one pass through the group, and both belong in writing there rather than in a phone call, which is the reason the group exists.

Forty townhouse units is the largest single opportunity anywhere on this page and it has been sitting for eight days. Somebody asked a direct question — “any update on these drawings” — and nobody answered it. At forty units, even a modest per-unit number puts this well into six figures. The contact came with it: Wayne Dimm Enterprises, an email and a phone number, posted the same evening. That is a warm lead with a name attached, going cold in a group chat. Two things close it: tell the drawings team where the takeoff stands, and get a message to Wayne so the builder knows you are still on it. Eight days of silence on a forty-unit job reads as no bid — and this is the exact kind of multi-unit CT work the whole scan operation exists to find.

Two invoices were asked for “asap, tomorrow or Friday at the latest” — eight days ago. That deadline passed a week ago and nothing went back. Invoices are the last step before money moves, so this is not paperwork — it is two jobs that cannot be collected on. The scope is already in the thread, so nothing needs re-measuring: 2,630 sqft of 2x12 rafter, R60 roof, R30 walls, 200 sqft of paint, a $200 firestop and four bags of draft blocking. Jay is the same rep who logged $1,700 in cash today and is running Clifton, NJ. He reports his money the same day; he is owed the same speed back.

Two asks: call Frank at United Doors, and settle who pays. The “timeout of a certain amount of years” is the part that costs money — he is signalling that the repair may fall to you once the warranty window has passed. Get the repair booked first so the door works, and settle the lease clause in writing separately. The rent reminders arrive on the 10th of every month like clockwork, so this is a relationship worth keeping straightforward.

Nothing is owed here — he answered the desk in full and the numbers are complete. $35,800 of work posted in two minutes, both with board feet, paint square footage and rockwool broken out. This is the format working exactly as intended. What is worth knowing is where those two jobs went. 60 Willow Rd is the biggest single job in the thread this month — 43,020 board feet of open cell and 12,393 of closed, plus 2,453 sqft of intumescent paint and 1,775 of rockwool. That is a two-day job for a full crew, and it is marked “For today.” And 103 Highland Ave is the one that ended up on José Flores’s Friday, on top of Meadowbrook, Stamford and the Long Island pair. Both scopes say “For today” and it is now night — whatever did not get done rolls into tomorrow’s already double-booked day. Worth reading before you decide who is doing what in the morning.

Ordered at 7:08, confirmed by 8:04, delivered by 3:25 the same day. That is the cleanest loop in the entire mirror and it needs nothing from you. What it tells you is the run rate. 25 sets today on top of 20 on Monday — 45 sets through that warehouse this week, and the largest single order since June. Every one of those went out against an inventory count last updated on the 6th. Juan confirms in Spanish, same morning, every time. Going back through the thread it is the same two lines since May — José asks, Juan says he will send it, it arrives. That is a supplier relationship worth remembering when the payment conversation comes up tomorrow.

Ordered at 7:08 AM, in the building by 3:25 PM, photographed on arrival. Nothing to answer — this is the receiving half of the same loop and it is running properly. Read the two together and you have the week’s intake: Tuesday 10 + 10, today 15 + 10 — 45 sets received in three days. That is the number to hand Agusto for the new inventory list, because it is the only accurate count of what has actually landed since the last update on the 6th. Both receipts came with a photo of the pallet, which is the detail that makes this thread worth trusting when a set goes missing later.

Nothing is owed — but he just told you the single most valuable thing on this page about your own software. “So I don’t have to ask you for the details anymore” is a crew lead volunteering to stop interrupting you, if the job details show up on the calendar entry. You already promised it — “soon it will be very easy and good”. That one feature removes a category of message you answer every single day. The schedule link problem is real and it is not just him. A link posted in WhatsApp is gone in a day; “SAVE THE LINK” works once and then the phone gets replaced. Every crew lead needs their page pinned in their own chat — that is a thirty-second job per person and it kills the weekly re-send request permanently. He also got the supply-warehouse delivery-time system explained in Spanish and said nothing back but yes. That is the second system he has adopted without friction this week.
